Bank Loan Application Paperwork Preparation
If you are considering utilizing Bank financing to fund construction and equipment purchase, certain paperwork will be required to process the loan application. In most cases, and in addition to personal financial details, the Bank will require a detailed construction budget, a scale drawing of the proposed layout and other paperwork/filled out forms to submit to the Underwriting Dept.
